About Me
My passion for problem solving and design led me to the Architecture program at Cal Poly SLO. During my time there I grew interested in real estate and development. My 5th year thesis focused on making homeownership more affordable by creating 3D printed linear housing on traditionally unusable real estate.
In my third year of college obtained my real estate license. Since then I have sold over a dozen homes, and been a part of many other developments and projects.
I started Central Coast Project Planning in 2022 with Marty due to the need for permitting services in our area. I believe that manufactured homes are the wave of the future, offering a viable solution to enhance the accessibility of quality housing.
I am also working towards acquiring my architecture license, and plan on opening my own studio down the road. Right now my goal is to help as many people as I can, learn new skills, and consistently provide substantial value to those around me.
